TRADES WILL BE OPEN FROM 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. CENTRAL TIME on Monday. Please screenshot, write down, print out, or save your confirmation as you need to provide both confirmations to the office. Email trades to samantha@ncprarodeo.com

-Is the entry system not letting you fill out your information?  Enter NM or NCPRA (past or present) card number in the appropriate box and hit the “Load NCPRA Contestant/Header.” If you fail to hit the button, the fields will not let you proceed with your entry.

-Do you have more than one entry? You will complete a separate entry form for each event.

-Are there preferences? Yes, preferences are not guaranteed, though. 

-Where do you find your confirmation? At the end of your entry, there will be a “Thank You screen with your confirmation. An Email will also be sent from myassociationsoftware@gmail.com. Please check your Spam/Junk/Unverified Sender folders.” 

-Did you not draw up where you wanted? You can find a trade and email them to samantha@ncprarodeo.com on Monday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Central, you must have both confirmation numbers
