Please screenshot, write down, print out, or save your confirmation, as you need to provide both confirmations to the office. Email trades to samantha@ncprarodeo.com
-Is the entry system not letting you fill out your information? Enter NM or NCPRA (past or present) card number in the appropriate box and hit the “Load NCPRA Contestant/Header.” If you fail to click the button, the fields will not allow you to proceed with your entry.
-Do you have more than one entry? You will complete a separate entry form for each event.
-Are there preferences? Yes, preferences are not guaranteed, though.
-Where do you find your confirmation? At the end of your entry, a “Thank You” screen will appear with your confirmation. An email will also be sent from myassociationsoftware@gmail.com. Please check your Spam/Junk/Unverified Sender folders.
-Did you not draw up where you wanted? You can find a trade and email them to samantha@ncprarodeo.com on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Central. You must have both confirmation numbers to complete the trade.
–Draw Outs MUST be done BEFORE the books close at NOON on Monday. If you decide to draw out after books close, you WILL still owe your entry fee for this rodeo. NO EXCEPTIONS!
