2026 Rule Changes (can be found in the Rule Book)

  1. 5% of the Added Money per event will be held out at all first-sanctioned rodeos.
  2. No year limit on personnel to work at the NCPRA Finals
  3. All secretaries and judges must complete and pass a test to be eligible to hold a card
  4. Each contestant will be awarded 100 points ($100) for entering, paying fees, and competing in their event per rodeo (THIS WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS ALL AROUND MONEY)
  5. 3 Judge System will be used at rodeos with 4 or more events, having $2000 or more added
  6. To be eligible for All-Around, contestants must win money in two or more events for this to be counted ($1000 per event minimum)
  7. 1/2 enough cattle up to 12 max (except SW)
  8. Stock contractors
    1. 2 First Sanction rodeos / 5 rodeos total to be eligible for finals.
    2. 3 First Sanction rodeos/5 Rodeos total to be eligible for finals and finals bonus.
